The wait is over! Here are the events for the 2019 CFBR Summer League. A full review will be done the morning of the event to answer questions and know standards for the day. All events may be subject to change by day of the event if needed.
Find a Max Complex of:
2 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Jerk
Scaled: 2 Clean + 2 Hang Clean
Each athlete will have 5:00 minutes to establish a max load for the complex. There will be a 1:00 reset between the 5 min sessions. You may start with a loaded bar and partner may help you switch plates. Any style clean and hang clean (squat/power/split) may be used but the 2nd clean must be performed touch-n-go and the barbell may never touch the ground after that. Any style jerk (power/split/squat) may be used as well.

Partners will Alternate Full Rounds before switching. 1 Working and 1 Resting. Score is total reps.
30 Pull Up
40 Dumbbell Snatch, alt 50/35#
50 Double Under
Scaled: 30 Ring Row, 40 DB Snatch, alt 35/20″, 50 Single Under
Partners will split reps however they choose. 1 Working and 1 Resting. Pull Ups may be performed strict, kipping, or butterfly. Feet under rings for rows. Legs and hips must stay locked and open on rows. You must alternate arms on the DB snatch. Score is total reps.

10 Burpee Box Jump Over 24/20″
150m Shuttle Run
Scaled: S2OH 75/55#, Hanging Knee Raise, BBJO 24/20″ (step overs allowed), Shuttle Run
Partners will split reps however they choose except for the run which will be explained before the event. 1 Working and 1 Resting. Any style S2OH (press, push press, push jerk, split jerk) may be performed. The BBJO must be performed facing the box (Not lateral on the burpee).
