I’ve only been doing CrossFit for a few months but don’t want to miss WODs while I’m away. Can I still drop-in?
Yes, of course! Please make the coach aware that you are newer to the program and you’ll be able to follow our LIVE workout of the day or scale TRAIN as needed.
I’m a competitor and follow specific programming. Can I drop-in and do my own thing?
It’s likely my answer is a no, but I take this case-by-case depending on what we have programmed that day.

Can I pay cash or card in person?
Yes, just be sure to email us the class time you’d like to join and we’ll sign you in then take care of payment in house.
