MON: Push Press strength work then a couplet of 🏋🏻♂️ Overhead Squats and Dumbbell Snatches.
TUE: Deadlift work pulling some heavier doubles then an AMRAP of Dumbbell Box Step Ups and Double Unders for single leg work and conditioning.
WED: Skill time practicing Rope Climbs then a quality workout involving Toes-to-Bar, Knees-to-Elbow, Dumbbell Presses, Dumbbell Rows, and 100m Runs.
THUR: Snatch Day! Practicing this lift then hitting a great little conditioning workout of Russian KB Swings and burpees.
FRI: Front Squatting 3 x 8 then a triplet with a rest of Pull Ups, Box Jump Overs, and Rows.
SAT: PARTNER WOD! We’ve got Wall Balls, Clean & Jerks, Pistols, and Runs on this chipper style workout.
