Push Press strength work then a heavier Clean & Jerk and 100m Run workout.
Strength day starting with Back Squats then go rounds of max reps on Bench Press, Strict Pull Ups, and Hollow Rocks.
Snatch doubles then conditioning is 400m Runs, Overhead Squats, and Bar-Facing Burpees. (hint: this looks a lot like Nancy)
AMRAP of Toes-to-Bar, Walking Lunges, and Double Unders. Go as hard or easy today depending on if you are coming Friday.
Week 2 of Fall Brawl will have a Gymnastics test of Handstand Holding, “Dirty Diane”, and a Monostructural Test of a 1000m Row. Full details will come in the FB group early this week.
