ūüĒ∑ We’re heading into the final week of the 2021 CFBR Open! ¬†Those Friday Night Lights events have been fun so let’s keep it going for one more week. ¬†Gear up for a challenging workout to end it on. ¬†The announcement will be earlier than normal this week on the Games website at 2pm on Thursday.

ūüĒ∑ Please do us a favor and reserve your spots early for Friday (preferably by Thursday) so we can plan classes and heats for the night event.

Programming

-Monday-

Playing with the barbell and gymnastics to start the week.  Hitting the Hang Power Clean & Push Jerk for strength/skill time then a challenging triplet of Pull Ups, Hang Power Cleans, and Push Jerks with a quick rest to keep intensity.

 

-Tuesday-

Getting in a squat day early in the week since we kind of expect to see them on Friday. ¬†Build to a challenging load on your Front Squats then we have a solid couplet of 200m Runs and Devil’s Press. ¬†You can choose your intensity based on load choice and pace here.

 

-Wednesday-

Knocking out a Bench Press session mid week then a Wall Ball and Situp conditioning workout. ¬†We’re going no-arms on those situps this time to mix it up. ¬†You’ll see some different volume options in the programs based on how you’re feeling and to not leave you beat up for Friday.

 

-Thursday-

Snatch work for skill barbell work then an EMOM of Strict Handstand Push Ups, Double Unders, and Hollow Rocks. Light on the intensity this day to move and be ready for 21.3 workout tomorrow.

 

-Friday-

Open Workout 21.3 – see announcement on Thursday at 2pm via the CrossFit Games website and YouTube.
