MON: Heavy Deadlifts then a shorter AMRAP couplet of Strict HSPU and tall Box Jumps.
TUE: Partner WOD! We’ve got Power Cleans, Hang Squat Cleans, Lateral Burpees over the Bar, and Pull Ups all going down today.
WED: Closed. Happy New Year!
THUR: Tempo Front Squats then rounds of 400m Runs and Hang Power Snatches with a quick rest.
FRI: Push Press strength work then intervals of Bar Muscle Up, Walking Lunges, Ab Mat Situps, and Cal Rowing.
SAT: Teams of 3 in this WOD. Short runs, Double Unders, Med Ball Cleans, then a part 2 you’ll just have to see. You all work in part 1 then split part 2.
